FAQs
Your dog is bathed and shampooed, then blow-dried and brushed out before any trimming. Face, beard and nails are tidied as part of the visit.
A brush out and de-shed lifts the loose coat and works through tangles. Mention it when you ring so Tracy knows what she is dealing with.
Tracy takes time to let a dog adjust before the grooming starts, and owners here say she settles nervous dogs well. Tell her what your dog finds difficult and she will work around it.
Tracy gives owners feedback on things to work on at home, such as getting a dog used to having the face and paws handled. Ask her about keeping your dog's coat in order between grooms.
